Connecting Sky box to TV plus mounting the 56" TV to the wall

We are replacing an old Sky box with a new Sky box. The old box is on level 2 connected to the TV via RCA cables to an HDMI adaptor on the TV (on level 1). There appear to be 2 options: 1. Put new Sky box on level 2; connect the existing satellite antenna cable to the new box; and connect a new (long) HDMI cable from level 2 through the wall down to the TV on level 1; or 2. Put the new Sky box on level 1, connect the Sky box to the TV with the (supplied) HDMI cable; and connect a new (long) satellite cable from level 2 through the wall down to the Sky box on level 1. Fit and install the TV on a new bracket on the wall.
