Patch panel replacement

Alarm cord that connects the alarm to our app was pulled out so now unable to connect to knows. Comes up as an unknown IP address amongst other things. The cord plus the black piece was pulled. Currently have moved the cord into the socket next to it. Alarm still working however app is not. See photos

Update intercom wiring

Hi, We are 4 houses down a long driveway in Remuera. We have a gate at the front of the driveway and intercoms to buzz to each house inside. I've got the speaker cabling available to be run and a network rack in the ceiling space to run the cabling back to which is where the amp will go. ONT previously mounted near skirting, connected to fibre cable run down from ceiling has been cut by a vandal, we are remounting the ONT higher on wall and will require the existing cut fibre cable to be spliced/joined so internet can be reinstated for tenants. No other works required, simply splice the existing cut fibre cable. Property is in Grafton, so would allow $10 for parking.
