Small concrete floor lowering

Just want to lower the perimeter of this room by about 20-30mm, will be a bit in the centre also. End result the concrete to be miminum 15mm below adjacent timber floor so can put timber flooring on top of concrete to match flush to adjacent timber floor. Not worried about bumpy uneven finish. Just quickest way to achieve the 15mm below adjacent timber...I will build it back up to level as needed.
