Surface sealing for a car port

An area of approx 18sqm at the rear of my car port has been prepared for surface sealant. Originally it was proposed for hot tar but I can't find anyone to do this. Cold tar would be fine. There is no urgency and am open to ideas? Possibly someone who is doing a larger job and is looking for a smaller job to use any excess material?
