Existing house has one half of the garage floor in concrete, the other half is incomplete since construction in 1993. Area to concrete is 10m x 3.5m less a small area where the stairs enter the garage. Fully enclosed area. Parade, Bay of Plenty. Any clean dirt can be left on site. It is largely already dug out. Drive is grass which may limit a truck to the top of the drive in which case there is about 8 meters to the garage. See also we are considering a driveway.
