Driveway repair in Tawa

There's quite a lip forming at the base of the driveway and a bit of cracking - needs to be better connected to the road to stop this happening. And a repair further up the driveway where there's a slab with a broken corner about 0.8 x 0.6. See pictures. Location is Tawa, north Wellington, local tradies preferred. Potentially some wall work as well, to discuss as follow up.
