Job description

Concrete Grinding & Polishing
Wellington

We're looking to put down some laminate or vinyl flooring under our house which is where our laundry is, but the concrete slab is old aggregate concrete which isn't flat. I'm looking for a quote for how much it would cost to grind this down to level it out. It doesn't need to be polished, just flat and level then sealed. There is a raised piece on the slab which is where an old burner used to be, the slab is from the 1940s when the house was built. The area isn't large, but it is a bit awkward, it's in two sections (see blueprint) and neither one of them is a large space. Probably about 12.5ms total together, is this something you are able to do? I've included some pictures of the space, hopefully that helps.

Logan did a fantastic job in our basement, we had an old uneven aggregate concrete slab which was impossible to keep clean. Now we have a flat, level, polished floor! Logan was a great communicator and very professional. The only negative for us was that the sealant gassed us out for a few days, this was largely due to the location of the work and the condition of the ceiling above so nothing against LJ Resurfacing but just a heads up incase you’re in a similar situation.
