Angle grind and cut out 12 squares out of asphalt size 1400 mm x 220 mm and dig down 250 mm deep and remove dirt. Pour concrete 20 mpa concrete with 12 mm stone, level concrete to existing asphalt. There are 3 trolley bays. See photo. The three trolley bay to remove and place to one side. Then cut out dig out dirt and pour 6 x pads (2 concrete pads on either end to secure the two legs on either end of the trolley bay). N.B. First remove the trolley bays by carefully unscrewing and removing's the ramset bolts and lift and remove steel trolley bay and place to one side. Cut the asphalt, dig out and pour concrete, level with trowel and 10 days later re-drill holes and reposition trolley bays using ramset (like the existing with plastic sleeves). Thereafter once the bays have been re drilled and repositioned place /stick down permanently flexible plastic bollards 900 mm high x 75 mm in diameter 100 mm from each trolley bay corner and two in the middle (so 6 bollards per trolley bay) to warn traffic. Please use a heat gun on the asphalt to heat the asphalt before sticking the bollard down. Dump all dirt and clean site . Apply usual safety protocols for the work in regards NZ health and Safety. Whole job to take 14 days tops. One day to remove all trolley bays and place to one side, cut, asphalt, dig holes pour the concrete the second day. Ten days later to bolt trolley bays down again and thereafter to stick down the bollards the following day. So estimate 3,5 days to maximum of 4 days work .

The Concrete looks well laid. The trolley bays still need to be bolted to the concrete. Expected to be done in approximately 7 days. So the work not completely done yet.
