"Hi Yash. Can you please relook at your feedback as you have put a 4 for cost. Quote was accepted and we kept within that budget. Cost is meant to reflect a 5 if we stuck to the price quoted for the Job. Sorry to be a pain, it brings our score down which makes it look like we went over budget. Many thanks."
