Existing concrete path at rear of property (approx. 10 square metres) needs lifting and re-laying. Some soil removal also required (2-3 square metres) and rplacement with fresh top soil.

"Original job extended in scope; did extra work. negotiated a higher price of 1000 from original 800 but reality is it wasnt worth my time as came out making maybe 15 an hour. now have to pay your fee so overall shouldnt have bothered.."
