Block retaining wall

This is to go under the south and west sides of a relocated timber frame house. 20 series masonry wall. Max retained height is 800mm. No surcharge. Currently the house is on temporary piles (which can be rearranged for access where needed) approx 1.2m off the scraped building site. Access for heavy machinery is limited due to the ~1.5m gap between the house and the existing trees on the south side, and the 1.1m gap between the house and the boundary on approx half of the west side. The fence can be removed to allow better access on the west side.
