Driveway, Paths and Patios for a new build....

We are building a house and are currently at the foundation stage. We need someone to quote the price of a driveway which is approximately 40m sq, footpaths which are approx 30m sq, and two patios that are combined 70m sq. These are just guestimates but I feel I have over estimated if anything. We have a rough plan of where we want everything, but keen to hear of ideas when tradies come to quote. Our Budget is 13K. We are open to all types of material.
