We require some concreting done to support a new spa pool which be about 5-7sqm. The concrete pad needs to be able to support more than 2.5 tonne of weight. Also considering concreting out a grassed area surrounding it this would be up to an additional 50sqm (sorry haven't measured, this is a very rough estimate) although this won't have the same weight on it.
