Paving and Pebbling or grassing

I have a property that needs to be readied for sale. The garden out the back is in a state of disrepair and I want it to be part paved, and possibly part pebbled or a synthetic turf put in (down the side of the house where there is not a lot of sunshine) I am open to ideas. I want the finished product looking top notch. Part of the area has been dug out for some paving already. I would like someone to come and provide a quote with regard to cost of materials and labour. There are photos attached with show you the area. The job I had was getting my mothers property ready to sell and the garden needed to be completely redone, (ie, paved and pebbled). I am extremely pleased with the job Paul and his team have done. Responded in a timely manner, gave what I thought was a reasonable quote so there was no reason to renegotiate. Understood what I wanted and got on and did the job efficiently and professionally and left a nice tidy site behind as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone wanting to get work done.
