Driveway rejuvenation

We have a hot-mix asphalt driveway, approximately 140 sq metres that has a few cracks appearing and the fine top surface is coming off. Driveway is about 13 years old. We'd like to seal the cracks and put a seal coat over the top to rejuvenate the look and surface.
