Driveway Ashphalt Overlay 23 sqm

We are seeking driveway repair including pre-levelling and ashphalt overlay for the rectangular portion marked in photo which is 23 square meters. I'm presuming its existing surface is aging ashphalt and large potholes have formed at one end (in the shadows in the photo). Rain water flows from front to back of photo. 108 Fifteenth Ave Tauranga, and the portion of driveway in question is right next to roadside.
