Driveway installation

I need a quotation for a driveway installation in Tauranga. The drive way is approx 30 mt x 3 mt with a parking area that will be approx 3-4 x 6 mtrs. I will take guidance on this size wise. There is a fence running down the middle of the parking zone which I would like to keep there. Looking for most cost effective methods, but not gravel/ chips. I have included a google image of the property with marks for where it will need to go.
