Small simple concrete job and pole installation

I need a small concrete job done where I need someone to remove the form edging from around a 1m x 1m area, form concrete around and install manhole cover in driveway. I also need a metal pole drive into the ground (Grass) and a "assembly point" sign placed on it. The pole and sign are provided. The concrete will need to be supplied and tools to complete the job.
