New Driveway + side Path

After a quote for the following: We are after a sealed exposed aggregate driveway from the garage to the road which needs to include a strip channel for water catchment at the property line. And also side paths coming off this to the side garage door and to the front door. We would want rebar used for the main driveway section which is 27sqm. But the total of the concrete area is roughly 72sqm. The boundary to the road is 4.8m. The driveway and front door path is 37.01sqm Left hand side path is 11.95 sqm And the boundary to road driveway is 21.6sqm So it should be a total of 70.56sqm of concrete. There is a bit of a rise currently to the foundation floor, which should be visible in the attached photo. The plan shows a cess pit, but we'd rather have the strip channel.
