concrete path - 17m x 0.8m, flat terrain, for walking traffic only boxing is in place and a compacted bed of metal BUT this was done around 2 years ago so may need revisiting. Reasonable access - on flat, no steps etc, but couldn't get a truck up to where the path is (behind house)
