TLC / fixes for paved driveway

Hi there, our driveway and around the side of the house has pavers. Some areas are ok, some areas are lose, some areas have weeds or moss growing between them (see photos). They need some TLC, and we need someone who can give us advice and undertake work to fix them up and make them easy care. Photos of the area and various close ups, along with a drawing (not to scale) with measurements. Note it’s a driveway on a bit of a slope. Thank you.

Extend driveway 10+ meters

I would like to extend our driveway entrance by about 10 meters up to the top of the small slope at the beginning of our driveway. In addition there may need to be some drainage for water runoff from the driveway. I have a long driveway (100+ meters), and water runs down towards the road that causes the last 10+ meters to wash away slowly over time. Ideally the water running off the drive would go to the ditch (rocks) to the right of the driveway.

I need a concrete pour for a Hottub base. I have prepared a 2.6x2.3x0.25m area for this as per the photo. I'd like you to provide and pour the concrete.
