Concrete slab for pole shed
Job description
Build new floor slab for pole shed / garage: (Note: 7x 200SED Poles already installed) 6.4m x 6.6m flush with outside of poles 100mm reinforced concrete slab over 100mm compacted hard fill 450mm deep x 200mm wide reinforced concrete edge thickening. (North West corner will require deeper edge up to 600mm due to locally sloping ground). - Trim subgrade (waste material to stay on site). - 1x 32mm electrical conduit install. - Place & compact hard fill. - Formwork build. - DP Membrane install. - Reinforcing place. - Supply and place concrete (approx 8m3). - Create 20mm rebate for roller door in floor slab. - Cure concrete. - Strip Formwork. In photo (view looking north) the south face centre pole will be removed (by others) before slab construction for the double width roller door. EGL slopes downwards towards North West corner (by water tank). Site visit anytime by prior arrangement. Looking to have slab completed by late Nov / early Dec. Thanks

Josh was quick to communicate and delivered great work ahead of time expectations. Everything was included from site preparation, hardfill placing and compaction, formwork, , service duct installation, reinforcement installation and concreting. Also included neat saw cuts for crack control and nicely finished recess for the garage door. Highly recommended for slab / foundation work for your house / garage.
