Concrete/Mortar repairs

We have exterior concrete/mortar stairs leading from the ground to our house' 1st floor living area. The mortar on the steps is cracked and loose in some areas and in need of repair. The steel re-inforced concrete posts under the stairs is also in need of repair. We are putting our house on the market so would like to have these repairs looked at prior to the house sale.
