Carport slab

I’ve got an existing carport, that needs a concrete slab. I’ve already boxed it, compacted aggregate down, lined it and laid out re-bar (on stands). I would like someone to deal with the concrete- order, deal with pour and finishing. I just don’t seem to have any time to get it done. It would need about 2.2m3 of concrete. The measurements are 5.4m x 3m x 100mm, but the front 400mm is 400mm deep, due to beginning of slope on driveway. Thanks
