Lay a concrete pad for a water tank

Lay concrete over area (2.4m x 2.4m). which is already dug out, is flat, boxed and has around 10cm Gap7 and sand, already compacted. All that is required is laying concrete, around 10cm deep. Probably not quite large enough to require a concrete truck, and there would be some difficulty in hosing the concrete down to where the area is anyway. Note that the tradey would not have to use this, but I have 3 bags of cement down there already, and 3 bags of builders mix and a pile of larger sized metal nearby. Plumber will come in later to connect tank.
