Grind floor (maybe) and seal concrete in garage

I have a basement garage 6m x 6.8m approx. The floor is pretty rough, doesnt appear to have been (floated). I want to find out if it is worth Grinding this prior to the concrete being sealed. ATM when you walk in there the floor is very chalky and dust goes everywhere. Looking for quote and info on job Thanks
