Repair cracked concrete steps

Hi There, We have some cracked concrete steps that are gradually getting worse. Not sure if they are some sort of concrete 'paver/premoulded steps' or solid concrete steps. But as per the pictures, it started with a small crack and has gradually gotten worse with a big chunk close to fully falling off. Sealing - for weather and bugs

Backyard racetrack concrete relief cuts.

Concrete pour for the garden track is on Saturday 19th October 2024. I need relief cuts made into the 75mm deep concrete path, every 3M, on the .9M wide track, on the following Monday 21st October after a couple of days curing.
