Laying concrete drainage

I need an experienced person to lay three 2m x ~1m concrete pads to finish off a drainage ditch. Experience is ESSENTIAL in: 1) Laying concrete along a consistent gradient to ensure proper drainage 2) Laying concrete around tricky bits, including plumbing fixtures, foundations, control joins, etc. 3) Health and safety around concrete Getting the gradient right is essential, so it drains properly, as is health and safety. I have all the materials and gear, aside from personal PPE, so am looking for someone willing to offer labour and expertise only. I imagine it'll take half a day to a day, as I managed two pads solo in about a day.
