Driveway improvement, doorsteps and outdoor seating area

Our driveway about 42 metres long and 3 metres wide requires whatever preparation needed to bring to the right levels, grade, compact etc for 2 strips of concrete (for wheels of car) and just gravel between. A second estimate on full concrete cover instead of 2 stripes would be great too. NB: Also want 2 concrete doorsteps by bifold doors and and an area of about 4m2 prepared and concreted to go under outside table and chairs.(cut to look like large square pavers) Not sure if I need to post these seperately.
