"This paving job was an exposed concrete patio. Schedule of works was reliant totally on weather. Client was fully aware of this. The issue was around acid washing & sealing the surface of the exposed aggregate once placed & finished. This was totally dependant on weather of which I have absolutely no control over. The client had been informed of process and was fully aware. I was not aware however I had to actually call & tell a client (on the day) I would not be able to seal the concrete today as there is torrential rain. However the client was informed we would be there once the concrete was dry enough to seal which could be within the next 5-9 days again depending on weather. Really."
