Cutting across a path to enable laying of an irrigation electrical cord

Greetings, We require someone with a concrete cutter who can cut across a path, refer to the photo attached. This will then enable us to lay an irrigation system's electrical cord encased in a flexible conduit to prevent people from tripping over it. We intend then to lay a cover of concrete mix over it to complete it off. There are two options depending on what's best. The one in the red line's cut length would be around 2.8m otherwise the blue line straight across is only 1.5m. Can we please obtain a price from someone who has the gear to undertake this minor work, if interested? The location is Wigram Skies , chch Many Thanks Regards Paul
