Need a 3 x 3 concrete pad as per photos. Must be able to hold heavy item like a spa at some stage. Possibly looking at stencil design as well ?

Job never finished as concrete had to be ripped up again due to cracking and stones. Concrete delivered was substandard from Firth, the placer did an ok job but dissapeared and never monitored the job. Weather was wild wind and heat and should never have been poured in the first place. Jergen doesnt actually do concrete just gets someone else in to do it. Concrete over windows and veges. Communication was fine and he seems like a nice guy but job was a mess from start to finish. Dissapointed.

"Many would've,could've , should've can be argued or debated about.
Fact is the weather was the biggest factor with Gail force winds and heat.
All the oro and cons have been mentioned and no reason to elaborate any further.
Some jobs it happens you take your losses and move on."
