Work to be completed by Sept 1 Dugout size: 3x10m (there are 4 dugouts) Entrance slab to each dugout of about 1m wide by 0.5m long (on non-playing side of field, entrance to dugout) Slab thickness: 75-100mm with welded wire reinforcement (for crack control) Dig out of 75-100mm required (so doors open/close properly), excess soil can be stockpiled on site (in/near existing piles) Concrete to be formed and poured/finished with construction joints every 2m (top floated and edges chamfered) Concrete to not extend beyond dugout fencing, except at entrances to non-playing side Concrete to be 25 MPa strength Work location is at Avonhead Park, Christchurch, baseball fields.
