Now the replacement of my driveway has occurred, I am attending to smaller repair work assessed and paid out for. My insurance company paid out for the repair of two cracks in my front concrete fence, a basic repair has been carried out but one of the larger ones may need a more robust repair as the crack have reappeared, the minor one still has a bit of cracking appearing but to a lesser extent. My insurance company has ceased covering my fence until such time as the cracks have been repaired to their requirements. The insurance company has only paid out a minor mount, their scope refers to the repair strategy as ”mortar” “plaster and mesh”

Unfortunately Terry did not deliver a good standard of workmanship. He has failed to discuss the final quality of the finished repair which was poor, or remedy the finish or a crack that surfaced from the repair strategy. Three times he arranged to meet with me about at my concerns. All promised times were no shows; no apology, explanation given as to why he failed to show. The job hasn’t been completed.
