Small apartment bathroom floor repair. Mosaic floor tiles were removed by previous owner but the floor was not ground smooth, or levelled. They laid vinyl over top. Wanting to remove vinyl, level the floor with levelling compound, taking into account appropriate fall into floor drain. Waterproof -only edge to edge at this stage. This bathroom will be re-tiled and waterproofed in full in 2024. This is an interim cosmetic fix. Have --- vinyl floor tiles to lay over finished surface. Area approx. 3.5m2 Is a small job but need it complete before 9th December. Is currently vacant. Occupancy starts on 10th.

Fully recommend Robert for all of the above. He was very professional, discussed with me items as they emerged during the project, and we agreed an adjustment accordingly. I will happily use Robert for any further tiling work.
