4 bedroom clean before moving in

Carpet clean before moving into my new home. I'm unsure if the current vendors will get this done or not. I won't know until after the pre-settlement inspection on the 16th Dec. The settlement date is 19th Dec. If needed the job will be on the 20th. Want a fresh clean and get rid of the dog smell in the house. Layout of the house included. 4x bedrooms, 1 study area and the hall/ foyer
