Seal concrete and lay replacement carpet

There is a crack in the concrete base of our house in a downstairs bedroom. As a result of heavy furniture sitting above the crack, moisture has been drawn up through the crack and the carpet has gone mouldy. First, the crack needs to be sealed (although we may be able to do this bit ourselves). Secondly, the mouldy carpet needs to be removed and a new insert layed (we have spare carpet to be inserted). Area is approx 1x2m. We will be looking for tenants for the property from mid February so need to get work done as soon as possible. It would be preferred if quote/work could be done on a Wed/Thur/Fri.
