Bathroom Renovation

Bathroom renovation for 1930's house. Will want matai floors polished. Room needs to be extended -possibly some framing work. Room will be approx. 4.5m square. Tiles on walls. Re-plumbing with allowance for second bathroom after building consent is acquired. Vanity, Shower, toilet and possibly new water heating system. Old water cylinder is low pressure (1960) in different area of house. Window will be replaced but unlikely to arrive before completion of job. Job must be completed before end of January when we move in with guest staying. Otherwise will leave job till later next year. Would be good to use one outfit for whole project. Cheers Paul
