Carpet patching - replacing carpet over staircase, under the staircase

As marks not going off even after professional carpet cleaning. So, need to cut and replace carpet from one step on stairway, full replacement or patching under the stairway (approx 2sqm size) and small patch in bedroom. I have the spare carpet for use. Just work required, please provide rough quotation.
