Sand and polish Rimu floors

We have a character home in Jville that needs its floors re-done; we had them sanded and polished in approx 2002 so they are a little worse for wear now just with scratches and heel marks. We are looking for someone that can do this work next week and be efficient and do a quality job at a competitive price. We are looking at selling the property so it needs to be done urgently and we don't want too spend too much money. Hallway, dining/kitchen and lounge area only so i'm guessing its about 40sqm. Thanks
