Carpet & Vinyl Replacement

Uplift and remove old vinyl in kitchen and entranceway and replace with new vinyl. The flooring is particle board. The old vinyl will come away easily. I will attach a photo of an imitation floorboard vinyl that we have put down in the bathroom and we would like something similar. The surface should be hard-wearing hard surface so that appliance will not dig into the vinyl. I have attached a floor plan of the kitchen with dimensions. The second job is to uplift and replace the old carpet in a bedroom. The underlay should be ok(but replace if not) and there is smooth edge already in place. We would like a dark grey color carpet of reasonable quality similar to what is showing in one of the photos taken in another bedroom. Dimensions of the room are shown in the photos.
