Replacing carpet & underlay after a leak

We have a small area of carpet that needs replacing after a small leak has been repaired. Less than a metre square and we have some carpet but it may need new underlay. It would suit a person who wants to slot in a job at the end of another job in the area. We do need it done reasonably quickly. It should take less than a hour.
