Bathroom Refit

BATHROOM 1) Bath - purchase & install, removing old shub. Looking for simple standard length plastic/acrylic bath. 2) Shower over bath - Reuse existing mixer and head, but need new swinging glass door over bath. Will need new taps for bath and same end where existing taps are. 3) New flooring - need new lino to replace existing lino. Will need to remove old lino and hardboard. Floorboards under that seem ok. 4) New wall linings - Re-gib, plaster. We'll paint. Size is approx 4sqm No electricals to do as everything staying where it is including ceiling light/fan. The existing basin and toilet will remain where they are. Just need to remove temporarily for re-line. Also there is an existing washing machine (and taps) that will be relocated to kitchen. Space available but need to add taps/drain. Will be against external wall where existing water/drains are so nice and easy. I will upload some photos in the next few days.
