Carpet for the entire house - 110m2

The house is two storeys. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a living room. It has old carpet which shows ages and worn out. The downstairs do not have carpet. Concrete floor needs a carpet installed. House will be cleared with no furniture so it would be easy to work. Have a budget and no timewasters. Fast communication will be much appreciated as I will leave good feedback for you.
