Carpet Lay - One Bedroom Only

We are completing a project in Karori where we cut the end off a bedroom and built an ensuite as well as framing out an inbuilt wardrobe. We need a carpet layer to come and lay new top quality underlay and lay the previous carpet back in place. The client has asked us to install a new underlay with an increased insulation value relative to the standard installed. The room is now roughly 4.8x3M not considering the wardrobe which will have carpet layed inside it. Photos attached show the room with the rough measurements, with a blue line which indicates position of the new wall which frames out the wardrobe.
