40 square metre rental property on concrete

Hi, I have a 60 square metre rental property and have measured up the carpet needed as about 40 square metres. The main bed is three three five by three one five, lounge three three five by four two five second bed two eighty by two forty with an 8m x1m hallway running past the second bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. It's on concrete so I need a nylon carpet probably with 11 or 12mm underlay. I am happy to pull up the old carpet and an help as a labourer. There is a key on location I can give you access to check it out. I am being told I have to wait 6 weeks but this is a pretty small job? I have my eye on some carpet at DIY flooring at porirua and would get it cut and pick it up with a trailer. Happy to discuss but this could be a quick job for someone? would consider just doing the bedrooms, i have new tenants who want to move in. :)
