Carpet Laying small area

Hi, We require carpet and underlay installation for a small rental property. Approx. 17square metres (small lounge room and bedroom). We will provide the carpet/underlay. The carpet installation would need to occur on the week commencing on the 11th, 12th or 13th March (this week). We will be at the property for any necessary consultations. We will be looking to install carpet in the main house this time next year so would want to keep the relationship open to also have the main house done. Please provide cost estimate.
