Sand and Polish Matai Flooring

We have a hallway and double bedroom where we have exposed the floorboards. We have been told the the flooring looks like matai - it is from a 1940's era house. The floor has been stained in the past, but flooring looks in good condition. We require a sand and polish for these two areas. It is approximately 15m² - 16 m² in total. We are quite keen to get this done asap - after the holiday break. Thanks.

John got in touch practically right away (during a holiday period) and managed to fit us in before a couple of bigger jobs. He turned up on time and stuck to schedule and cost. Floors look amazing, he has done a great job - and did a very thorough job cleaning up. I would not hesitate whatsoever to recommend john for any floorsanding job.
