Lay loop pile carpet to L-shaped area at bottom of stairs about 1700mm x 800mm across one side, and same again across the other part of the 'L'. We have the carpet and hope to reuse existing underlay - hopefully we have enough of it -- need some advice and expertise to confirm this.
