Carpet re-attaching!

My apartment has an area of tiling which is edged with carpet on two sides (one edge 0.9m, one 3m i.e total length of carpet which needs re-attaching is about 4m). The carpet nails are catching on the feet of people walking over it and the carpet is lifting. I'll need a carpet layer to re-secure this, please.
